1. Agreement

By accessing synthai.pro, requesting a deployment, or using the Developer API, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services. These terms apply to all users including enterprise clients, Developer API users, and website visitors.

2. Services

Synth AI Pro provides:

  • Enterprise Deployment: Installation and configuration of the Synth AI Pro platform on client-owned infrastructure. One-time setup fee of $5,000 plus $200/month for ongoing maintenance and support.
  • Developer API: Access to the Synth AI Pro demo platform API for development and testing purposes. $19/month for approved developers, includes 500,000 tokens per month.
  • Demo Platform: The live demonstration at synthai.pro, accessible by invitation only.

3. Access and Eligibility

Access to Synth AI Pro requires explicit approval. We reserve the right to approve or deny any request for access without explanation. Invitation links are personal, non-transferable, and expire after 48 hours of issuance.

You must be at least 18 years old and have the authority to enter into contracts on behalf of your organization if registering as a business.

4. Enterprise Deployment Terms

4.1 Scope of service

The $5,000 setup fee covers deployment, configuration, initial training and documentation. The $200/month maintenance fee covers security updates, model improvements, and priority technical support via Telegram.

4.2 Client responsibilities

The client is responsible for providing a server that meets the minimum requirements (8GB+ RAM, 100GB+ storage, Debian/Ubuntu OS), maintaining server access and upkeep, and complying with all applicable laws regarding data stored on their infrastructure.

4.3 Source code

Enterprise clients receive the full source code of the platform deployed on their servers. You may modify the code for internal use. Redistribution, resale, or sublicensing of the platform to third parties without written permission is prohibited.

4.4 Maintenance

Monthly maintenance includes security patches and updates applied remotely with client authorization. Clients may cancel maintenance at any time. Cancellation of maintenance does not affect ownership of the deployed platform.

5. Developer API Terms

Developer API access is granted on a monthly basis at $19/month, subject to approval. The API is intended for development, testing, and building applications — not for processing real confidential client data, which should be done via an enterprise deployment.

API usage is limited to 500,000 tokens per month. Exceeding this limit may result in temporary suspension until the next billing cycle. We reserve the right to revoke API access for abuse, violation of these terms, or any use that negatively impacts platform performance for other users.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Synth AI Pro to:

  • Generate illegal, harmful, defamatory, or fraudulent content
  • Violate any applicable local, national, or international law
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract proprietary components beyond what is provided in the source code delivery
  • Resell or sublicense access to the platform or API without written authorization
  • Use the platform for automated spam, scraping, or any form of abuse
  • Process data in violation of applicable privacy regulations (GDPR, HIPAA, etc.)

7. Payment

Payment terms are agreed upon individually for enterprise deployments. Developer API fees are billed monthly. All fees are non-refundable once the service has been delivered or the billing period has begun, except where required by applicable law.

We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days advance notice to existing clients.

8. Intellectual Property

Synth AI Pro and its underlying platform are proprietary software. Enterprise clients receive a deployment license and full source code for internal use. The Synth AI Pro name, logo, and brand are our exclusive property.

All content, documents, and data you upload to your deployment remain your exclusive property. We claim no rights over your data.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Synth AI Pro is provided "as is." AI-generated responses may contain errors and should not be used as the sole basis for legal, medical, financial, or other professional decisions. Always verify important information with qualified professionals.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted service and are not liable for any downtime, data loss, or damages arising from use of the platform beyond what is covered under the maintenance agreement.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of Synth AI Pro shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

11. Termination

Either party may terminate the service relationship with 30 days written notice. For Developer API, we may suspend access immediately for violations of these terms. Termination does not affect an enterprise client's ownership of their deployed platform and source code.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify active clients of material changes via Telegram or email. Continued use of the service after notification constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
