Our core principle is simple: when you deploy Synth AI Pro on your own server, your data stays on your server. We do not process, store, or have access to your company documents, queries, or conversations.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 On our website (synthai.pro)

When you visit our website, we may collect basic analytics such as pages visited and browser type. We do not use tracking cookies for advertising purposes and we do not sell your data to third parties.

2.2 When you contact us

When you contact us via Telegram or email to request a deployment or Developer API access, we collect your name, email address, company name, and any information you voluntarily share. This information is used solely to process your request and communicate with you.

2.3 Developer API accounts

For approved Developer API users accessing our demo platform (synthai.pro), we collect your email address, API usage data (tokens consumed, request timestamps), and account preferences. This data is used to manage your account and enforce plan limits.

2.4 Enterprise deployments

For enterprise clients, we deploy the platform directly on your infrastructure. We do not have ongoing access to your servers, documents, user queries, or any data processed by the platform after deployment. The only information we retain is your contact information and contract details for support and maintenance purposes.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Process deployment requests and set up your platform
  • Manage Developer API accounts and enforce usage limits
  • Provide technical support and maintenance
  • Send important updates about your service or security patches
  • Respond to your inquiries

We do not use your information for advertising, we do not sell it to third parties, and we do not share it with anyone except as necessary to deliver the service (for example, payment processors if applicable).

4. On-Premise Data — What We Cannot See

This section is critical for enterprise clients to understand. Once Synth AI Pro is deployed on your infrastructure:

  • All documents you upload are stored on your server only
  • All AI queries and responses are processed on your server only
  • All user accounts and chat history are stored in your database only
  • All vector embeddings are stored in your Qdrant instance only
  • No data is transmitted to our servers or any third-party AI provider

We physically cannot access this data unless you explicitly provide us with server access for support purposes, which is always at your discretion.

5. Access Control and Security

Access to Synth AI Pro is by invitation only. We generate unique, time-limited invitation links for approved users. This ensures that only authorized individuals can create accounts on your platform.

For enterprise deployments, access control, user permissions, and security configurations are entirely managed by your organization's administrator. We provide the tools — you control who has access to what.

6. Data Retention

For contact information and Developer API accounts: we retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. You may request deletion at any time by contacting us.

For enterprise deployments: data retention policies for your platform are entirely under your control. You decide how long data is kept and when it is deleted.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at the details below. We will respond within 30 days.

For data processed within your enterprise deployment, these rights are managed by your organization as the data controller.

8. Third-Party Services

Our website may use basic analytics. Our platform deployment does not rely on any third-party AI providers — all AI processing is handled by open-source models running on your own server (Mistral, Qwen, Ollama).

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify active clients of any material changes via email or Telegram. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
